TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are for orders and delivery in France, the United Kingdom mainland and other EU States. We trade in Euros in France through SCEA Château de Claribès , Claribès, 33890, Gensac, France.
Warrant
By placing an order through our web site you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and you are at least 18 years old, or have attained the age applicable in your country of residence when you are legally able to buy alcohol where this is higher.
Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means.
Prices and Payment
The prices for any products ordered are as stated on our web site from time to time except in the case of obvious errors. All prices are inclusive of TVA and Duty. Delivery charges are included or in addition as stated on the web site. You may pay for an order by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. When paying by credit card or debit card the total amount will be debited in EUROS. When paying by bank transfer you will be advised of the account by email, payment must be received before we ship. Card payment can be made on-line or by phone. Secure payment is provided through Paypal or Sumup.
Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your wine, we will provide a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to charge you any delivery and return costs.
Delivery
We deliver direct from the Château in France. Delivery normally takes seven days. If a wine has sold out we will contact you to by email or telephone to arrange a suitable substitute or a full refund.
Minimum order
Orders are for a minimum of two cases containing six (6) bottles.
Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not forward or sell your information to companies other than SCEA Chateau de Claribes. We do not hold your credit or debit card details. We may e-mail you in the future with information or offers from SCEA Chateau de Claribes or Claribes Limited. You may remove your details from our mailing list at anytime by sending your instruction to us by email or using the unsubscribe link on our email to you.
Law
Contracts for the purchase of products through our web site will be governed by French Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French Tribunal de Commerce.
