Rose and Grilled Lobster

lobster and roséThis small vineyard of 10.5 ha, beautifully situated on the slopes of the Dordogne,

has the peculiarity of being grown and vinified by its new owners following the lunar calendar.

An original method which seems to have borne fruit, if we judge by the bright rosé, striped with reflections of vermilion, menthol notes followed by red berries crushed. We find the  palate soft with just a little sweetness imparted by the Merlot, and a subtle presence of tannins. This is a well balanced wine that is readily appreciated on a half grilled lobster or steak on the bone marrow.
